John Masanori is a low-level hacker sometimes hired by runners. His connections are usually pretty secure, but he has his weaknesses. He has a dim view of Dyson Fractal Generators.

The quote on his card references Napoleon Dynamite's Kip- "I've been chatting online with babes all day", suggesting he is rather dubiously competent, as shown by his card's effect and his lack of understanding of the Dyson Fractal Generator.
